Priority 01
Safe Neighborhoods
Enforce our laws, end drug use, crime, and street disorder. Safe neighborhoods are a choice.
Safe neighborhoods are a choice — and for years, the people running Phoenix and the State Capitol have chosen otherwise.
In Jonathan’s words:
Our laws are not being enforced. Crime and homelessness are exploding because we keep rewarding failure. It’s time law enforcement is allowed to do their job and the courts start enforcing consequences instead of coddling chaos.
That’s the position: accountability on both ends of the system. Officers free to enforce the laws we already have. Courts that follow through with real consequences. And a Legislature that measures results on the streets of Alhambra and Maryvale — not in press releases.
Jonathan's Plan
- Back law enforcement so officers can actually enforce the laws already on the books.
- Push the courts to deliver real consequences instead of coddling chaos.
- Measure success on the street - less crime and disorder in Alhambra and Maryvale, not more press conferences.
